By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this site or any of its services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all of the terms, conditions, and notices in this site ("Agreement") without modification. If you are not an Authorized User, or if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not use this Site or download any Materials from it.
The Clarens Group reserves the right to change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Materials and the Site are offered at any time, in its sole discretion
AGREEMENT FOR USE
The User warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
The User hereby agrees to be financially responsible for all of their use of this Site (as well as for use of their account by others, including without limitation minors living with them). The User agrees to supervise all usage by minors of this Site under their name or account. The User also warrants that all information supplied by them or members of their household in using this Site is true and accurate and without limitation, or any false or fraudulent reservation. The User agrees that the reservations facilities of this Site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for their or for another person for whom they are legally authorized to act. The User understands that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Site may result in the User being denied access to such facilities.
For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, the User agrees to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.
Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in hotel's local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this web site is believed to be accurate, but The Clarens Group and/or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.
LIMITED LICENSE TO VIEW AND COPY
The content and information displayed on this Site is the property of The Clarens Group and/or other parties. Any downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of information from this Site, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.
This Site is to be used by Authorized Users for personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited. If you are currently an Authorized User, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view and copy the Materials solely for your personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

The use of any Materials from the Site on any other internet, intranet, web or other site or computer environment is prohibited. The User may not utilize framing techniques to frame any of The Clarens Group trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images and text).
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES
All contents of this Web site are the copyrighted property of one of the The Clarens Group companies, or their subsidiaries, affiliates.. The Clarens Group is a trade name describing Bharat Hotels Ltd., its group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates etc involved in the hotel business in India and abroad.
OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS
The Materials are confidential and proprietary information of The Clarens.
If the User has been provided with a login and password, then any such login and password are for your personal use only. You may not reveal your login or password to anyone else or permit anyone else to use your login and password to access the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify The Clarens Group immediately in the event that the security of your login or password has been breached.
The materials are provided "as is" without any warranty, representation, condition, undertaking or term of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose. Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion of implied warranties, the above exclusions may not apply to the User.
Further The Clarens Group does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Materials. The Clarens Group may make changes to the Materials, or the programs, policies or other information described in the Materials, at any time without notice. The Clarens Group makes no commitment to update the Materials.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall The Clarens Group be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including loss of profits or data, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of the use or performance of the site or the materials, or the performance or non-performance by The Clarens Group or any third party providers of products or services related to this site, this limitation of liability shall apply regardless of whether the claim asserted is based on contract, negligence, or any other theory of recovery, even if the The Clarens Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any claim relating to this Agreement or the Materials shall by governed by the laws of India, exclusive of the choice of law rules thereof. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of The Clarens Group in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the terms and conditions of this Agreement will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and not for use in interpretation of this Agreement.

At The Clarens Group our effort is to provide our guests Limitless Hospitality at our hotels and resorts in India and outside. We value guests’ association and faith in us as we try and live up to their expectations. We request guests to read this policy document carefully before sharing their personal information with us. By visiting our web sites, the guests accept the practices described in this policy document.
Personal information collected by The Clarens from its guests
We may collect the following personal information: Guest name and contact information; date of birth; how they prefer to be addressed in communication from us, preferred modes of communication; job designation and business address; spouse name, anniversary, credit card details, including the three-digit code that appears on the back of credit card, dates of arrival and departure from our hotels / restaurants / other outlets, guests preferences when they stay or dine at The Clarens, transaction history at The Clarens; offers guests may have availed of from third party marketers in response to communication from The Clarens. We may also record details on guests who have stayed or dined with other guests at The Clarens, including their names and contact details.
Besides the above, we may also collect the following:
If you choose to reserve a room online we record your arrival and departure dates, number of guests in the group, details of guest rooms and tariff details.
When you make a request for a proposal from our meeting planners, by visiting our websites.
When you contact us with your questions or comments.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not to allow children to submit personal information without prior permission. We do not knowingly collect information related to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background or political affiliations, unless it is volunteered by guests themselves. We may use any health-related information provided by guests only to serve them better and meet their specific needs when they stay or dine at The Clarens.
How does The Clarens use the personal information collected from its guests
We use guests’ personal information to provide them with the services requested from The Clarens, to help them make room reservations, to provide them with information about conferences and events at The Clarens, to send them promotional material on our services by email, direct mail and phone, to conduct surveys from time to time, to make offers sourced from third parties, as per guests’ stated preferences or usage pattern exhibited at The Clarens. Information collected regarding their preferences when guests stay or dine at The Clarens will be disseminated across. The Clarens Group of Hotels to ensure that guests enjoy similar level of service and satisfaction across all the hotels at the chain.
How does The Clarens share the personal information collected from its guests, including with third parties
To ensure that you enjoy the same level of service across all Clarens Hotels and Resorts, owned or franchised around the world, we may share your personal information with hotels within The Clarens Group. While doing so, The Clarens will ensure that guests’ personal information is handled as per this policy.
If a corporate credit card is used, the billing information may be shared with employer.
With third parties:
We may use the services of third party service providers to provide certain products and services like credit card billing, reservations services, call centre services, mass mailings, for which it is necessary to provide personal information. These parties are contractually prohibited from using the personal information for any purpose other than those specified by The Clarens. We may provide information that is non-personal, to certain service providers for their use on an aggregated basis for the purpose of performing their contractual obligations to us. The Clarens expressly prohibits the sale or transfer of any information to any party outside of The Clarens by such service providers.
From time to time The Clarens may partner with other companies to provide co-sponsored or co-branded promotions, products and services and may share guest information with our co-sponsor. For example, we may co-sponsor some sweepstakes, prize draws, competitions or contests on our site with other companies or we may provide prizes for sweepstakes and contests sponsored by other companies. If guest enter one of these sweepstakes or contests, we share this information with our co-sponsor or the third party sponsor.
In the event of a merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation or transfer of assets, The Clarens in its sole and absolute discretion may transfer, sell or assign information collected, including without limitation, non-personal information and personal information, to one or more affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.
The Clarens with or without prior notice to its guests, may have to share some guest information in order to comply with applicable laws or respond to governmental inquiries or requests from public authorities or to comply with valid legal process, to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of The Clarens Group, its guests, employees or the public or to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain or to respond to an emergency.
Non-personal or anonymous information collected by The Clarens
Information that does not personally identify a guest is referred to as non-personal or anonymous information. When guest visit and interact with the sites www.clarenshotel.com or third parties with whom The Clarens has contracted to provide services, non-personal information, like, list of website pages visited by guest, could be collected. Technology like cookies could be used to help deliver content as per guest preference, to help guest process their reservations or other requests. While this cannot be used to disclose their identity, this information will identify the browser used by guest to our servers when they visit our site. To remove the cookies at any point from a computer, guests can delete them using their browser. How long does The Clarens retain your personal information. The Clarens will retain guests’ personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy document, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted/mandated by applicable law.
